This page explains what happens to your information when you use Color Vision Test. The short version: the test runs entirely in your browser and we don't collect your answers.

The test itself

The plates and scoring all run locally in your browser. Your answers and your result are computed on your device and are not sent to any server or stored by us. When you close the tab, they're gone. If you download or share your result image, that action is entirely under your control.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate traffic — for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular. Where enabled, IP addresses are anonymized. Analytics never receives your test answers. If analytics is not configured, no analytics scripts load at all.

Advertising

To keep the test free, this site may display ads (for example, Google AdSense) in future. Ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure performance. When ads are live, you'll be able to manage ad personalization through your Google account settings and any consent prompt shown to you. Until then, ad spaces show a simple placeholder and set no advertising cookies.

Cookies

The core test sets no cookies. Any cookies present would come from the analytics or advertising services described above, only when those are enabled.

Children

The kids version is designed to be used by a child together with a parent or guardian. It collects nothing and stores nothing.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser settings and use browser or extension controls to limit tracking. The test will still work.
